ABOUT US

The Japan Association for Nursing English Teaching (JANET) was established in 2016 in order to provide a forum for improving the quality of teaching, learning and research in the field of nursing English education in Japan. We aim to encourage collaboration between English teachers and nursing professionals, and support teachers to better serve the needs of the Japanese nursing community.

In 2022, JANET was recognized as an academic organization by the Science Council of Japan.

学会紹介

全国看護英語教育学会（JANET）は日本の看護英語教育分野における教育、学修、研究の質向上を目的とした交流および討論の場として2016年に設立されました。英語教員と看護専門職者の連携を促し、ニーズに沿った教育活動を展開するための教員支援体制づくりを目指しています。

2022年1月、日本学術会議協力学術研究団体に指定されました。

MEMBERSHIP

Publications

JANET organizes forums, workshops, and other events at existing language teaching conferences throughout the year.

JANET does not charge membership fees to teachers, researchers, or nurses. To become a member of JANET, submit your contact information using the fields below.

Members receive a monthly newsletter filled with teaching resources, news items, research articles and information related to conferences. We also maintain an open-access journal.
